Runner's Expo and Race Headquarters
- Location: Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 21 Ave N Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC
- Hours: 5 PM – 9PM, Thursday, Feburary 16, 2012
11 AM – 9 PM, Friday, Feburary 17, 2012
- Free and open to the public
- Marathon sponsors and merchandise vendors will be represented at the Expo.
- Official Marathon merchandise will be available at the Expo.

Race Packet Pickup
- Packets can be picked up at the Runner's Expo on Thursday or Friday, 2/16/12 or 2/17/12.
- Race packets for the BI-LO Marathon can be mailed for an extra $35 until 1/15/2012. Packets will be mailed at least two weeks in advance. You should expect your packet at least a week before the event.
- There will be no Race Day packet pickup for the Marathon.

Supported Charities
Post Race Parties
There will be two post race parties.
- House of Blues Post Race Party
- For all participants, volunteers and guests 18 and over.
- Location
- Saturday, February 18, 2012
- Free to all registered participants of any Marathon weekend event and all volunteers.
($20 for guests and non-participants. Tickets will be available at the Expo or at the door.)
- Tickets must be picked up at the Expo. Race bibs cannot be used for entrance at House of Blues.
- Party restricted to ages 21 and over.
- Free food and refreshments will be available from 5PM until 7PM.
- Entertainment will be provided
- All awards and trophies will be available for pickup at the Post Race Party.
- Ripley's Post Race Party
- For all participants, volunteers and guests.
- Location
- February 16, 2012
- Race bibs may be used in lieu of tickets for entrance to the party.
- Free, light refreshments will be served.
- Additional tickets will be on sale at Ripley's Aquarium
