REGISTRATION UPDATES ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 MARATHON WILL OPEN AUGUST 13, 2009.   The USATF has amended their ruling on headphones and ipods. For safety reasons, the Myrtle Beach Marathon does not permit running with headphones and ipods. Race Dates for 2010 will be: Expo - Feb 11-12 Fun Run & 5K - Feb 12 Marathon & Half Marathon - Feb 13 Bicycle Ride - Feb 14

Marathon and Half Marathon Training

Training programs for the BI-LO Myrtle Beach Marathon and the Dasani Half Marathon are available.

The Leukemia  and Lymphoma Society of South Carolina has excellent programs for both runners and walkers. Information on LLS training is available online.

The local chapter of the American Red Cross is offering Marathon and Half Marathon training programs designed specifically for local Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand runners and walkers. For more information, contact the Red Cross at 843-477-0020.
