Start & Finish Locations
- The BI-LO Marathon and Dasani Half Marathon will start at the intersection of Grissom Pkwy and 21st Ave N and will finish at Coastal Federal Field, 21st Ave. N, Myrtle Beach, SC.
- RBC Centura Bank 5K will start on Celebrity Circle adjacent to Ripley's Aquarium.
- Ripley’s One Mile Fun Run will start outside Ripley’s Aquarium at Broadway at the Beach and finish by going through the underwater tunnels in the aquarium.

Race Entry Requirements
- All participants must complete and sign a registration form.
- A parent or legal guardian must sign for participants under 18 years of age on race day.
- Marathon participants must complete the course in 8 hours
- Half Marathon participants must complete the Half course in 4 hours.
- Participants in the RBC Centura Bank 5K must complete the course in 1 hour.
- On-line registration closes at Midnight, EST, February 1, 2009.
- Expo registration is strongly discouraged. Runner shirts cannot be guaranteed for Expo registration.
- Event registration will close without notice when the established registration count for that event is reached.

Contact the Marathon for a mail-in entry form. Phone or FAXed entry forms cannot be accepted
Refund Policy
- Once your registration has been accepted, all fees are non-refundable. This includes all circumstances including the event not being held. If you are accepted for 2009 but cannot run, you will receive guaranteed entry into the 2010 race (but you still must pay the 2010 entry fee).
Marathon Entry Confirmation
- Registrations before 2/1/2009 will be confirmed by US mail.
- There will be no confirmation for registrations received after 2/1/2009.
Race Switching
- Once a race has reached it's preset registration caps, switching into that event will not be allowed.
- Requests to switch race events after February 1, 2009 will be subject to a $25 switching fee.
- No bib transfers.

Marathon Expo and Race Headquarters
- Location: Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 21st Ave N & Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC.
- Hours: 5 PM – 9 PM, Thursday, Feburary 12, 2008
11 AM – 9 PM, Friday, Feburary 13, 2008
- Free and open to the public
- Marathon sponsors and merchandise vendors will be represented at the Expo.
- Official Marathon merchandise will be available at the Expo.
