Start & Finish Locations

All bicycle rides will start and finish at The Peanut Warehouse in Downtown Conway, located at 1007 Main St. Parking for the event will be at the Horry County Government Complex located at 1301 2nd Ave in Downtown Conway.

Bicycle Ride Courses

There will be three ride courses: Distances have changed due to new courses: 14.2 miles, 33.5 miles and 63 miles (a Metric Century).
Maps for these events can be seen under the 'maps' tab at the left of this page.

Rider Entry Requirements

Ride Day registration will not be available for this event. All riders must register in advance of Ride Day via the Internet at Active.com, mail-in registration form, or at the Runner's Expo.
All participants must register online or complete and sign a registration form.
A parent or legal guardian must sign for participants under 18 years of age on registration day.
All mail-in entries must be post-marked by January 31, 2010.
On-line registration closes at Midnight, EST, February 3, 2010.
Expo or race day registration is strongly discouraged. Participant shirts cannot be guaranteed for these late registration.

There is a $25 charge for all mail in registrations.

Refund Policy

Once your registration has been accepted, all fees are non-refundable. This includes all circumstances including the event not being held.

Ride Entry Confirmation

Ride Packet Pickup

Packets can be picked up at the Runners Expo on Thursday or Friday, 2/11/10 or 2/12/10
Packets for the Bicycle Rides may be picked up on Sunday before the Start. However, this practice is discouraged as is only available from 6:30am to 7:10am. There is no registration on race day.
Ride packets will not be mailed.
Registration includes a t-shirt, and admission to Saturday nights post race party.

Ride Timing

Course Information

All three ride distances will start and finish at The Peanut Warehouse in Downtown Conway.
To see course maps for the 14.2 mile, 33.5 mile, and 63 mile bike rides see the 'maps' tab at the top of this page.
Support and Gear (SAG) stops will be strategically placed along the course.
Dasani water, Powerade sports drink, and food will be available at the Finish and SAG stops.
Medical aid stations will be available at the Finish.
Riders must obey all traffic rules. Remember, the vehicles are bigger than you.
Riders must wear all appropriate safety gear, particularly helmets.
